Plans¶
Almanak offers tiered access to balance open exploration with power-user needs. Compute-intensive features like Almanak Code conversations and strategy generation draw on a credit allowance that scales with your plan tier: the Basic tier's allowance covers a calendar month and resets on the 1st at 00:00 UTC, while paid tiers refresh weekly at each global Friday reset.
Plan Tiers¶
Basic¶
The Basic tier provides access to the core platform at no cost:
- Browse signals and yields in Edge.
- Limited Almanak Code usage for strategy development.
- Access to community-shared strategies in the Strategy Library.
- Deploy a limited number of agents.
Pro¶
Pro expands on Basic with higher limits and priority access:
- ~10× the Basic credit rate (allowances normalized to a per-week basis before comparing — Pro's allowance is weekly while Basic's is monthly, so the raw per-reset amounts are not directly comparable)
- Increased active deployments · 5× Basic
- 12 high-conviction signal unlocks / week
- Unlocked signals stay available
Max¶
Max grants the highest limits:
- ~3× Pro weekly Code credits
- Up to 25 active deployments · 5× Pro
- Unlimited high-conviction signals
- No signal unlocking required
Referrals¶
Pro users can invite up to 6 new users and share rewards. Once an invitee's first paid billing period ends, both users earn a free Pro month. The free month is delivered on your next payment: a renewing subscription is partially refunded by the value of one Pro month, and a prepaid purchase gets the same value taken off at checkout.
Basic users can still invite new users. Their free month stays available for 12 months after it is earned; upgrade to Pro or Max within that time to use it. The same 12-month window applies to anyone whose subscription is not active when a reward is earned, or who cancels before using it.
veALMANAK¶
Instead of paying a subscription, you can unlock a plan tier by staking ALMANAK tokens. veALMANAK holders above the qualifying threshold receive platform access equivalent to a paid tier. This plan activates automatically when your veALMANAK balance meets the requirement and can be claimed from the staking dashboard.

Credits¶
How Credits Work¶
Credits are consumed by LLM-powered features: each Almanak Code conversation, strategy generation request, and signal analysis uses credits from your plan's allowance. On the Basic tier the allowance covers a calendar month and resets on the 1st of each month at 00:00 UTC; on paid tiers it is weekly and resets globally every Friday at 00:00 UTC. Once it is fully used, LLM-powered features are paused until the next reset.
Monitoring Usage¶
Usage is displayed as a percentage of your allowance rather than a raw credit count. The usage indicator shows how much of the allowance you have consumed:

Billing¶
Subscription Management¶
Paid access is available through our payment provider as either a recurring monthly subscription or a non-renewing one- or three-month purchase. From the Plans page you can:
- Subscribe to a paid tier via hosted checkout.
- Pay once for one or three months without automatic renewal.
- Upgrade or downgrade between tiers.
- Cancel your subscription.
- Access the billing portal to update payment methods, view invoices, or manage your subscription details.
Changes take effect immediately. Downgrades apply at the end of the current billing period.
